No neurosurgeon consult, yay! We took Rylee into the cranial clinic today, and her head measurements were all within normal limits. She does have a metopic ridge(which is what we noticed to begin with), but she doesn't have any narrowing/triangular head shape. And the left parietal bone is higher than the other, but again, all her measurements were normal, so I don't think we have much to worry about. If it gets worse, we can take her back in and get a second set of scans, since we have a baseline to go off of. No surgery! So relieved, I treated myself to a fabric binge at hobby lobby and Hancock's for like 2 hours while Rylee slept in the Ergo. Pictures of projects soon(if I ever finish them).
Our flight to New Jersey to see Ryan's sisters is booked as of yesterday! We're flying Christmas Eve(shudder! Hate crowded holiday airports). And I should be finalizing details for mine and Rylee's trip to Orlando in September.
Can't believe it's almost the end of summer! I'm going to miss fresh, cheap fruits and veggies, long summer days, and swimming. But I'm not going to miss 100+degree days and $200 electric bills!
